Eligibility for Returns
- You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Products showing signs of wear, damage caused by misuse, or missing original packaging may not qualify for a return.
Return Process

- Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us.
- Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
- Shipping and handling charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- If you would like to exchange your item for a different style or color, please mention this in your return request.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for returns (items that have been used or damaged after delivery). Such cases will be clearly mentioned in product details.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
